Project organization
The project organisation, derived from the term "organisation", describes the design and regulation as well as the execution of processes within a project. It ensures an efficient cooperation, which has previously been defined by rules, standards and values.
The project organisation is usually divided into three areas of responsibility:
- Project management is the responsibility of the project leader.
- The project team implements the project.
- The steering committee determines the success or termination of the project.
