Project

A project is a one-time, temporary project. It summarizes activities that must be carried out under certain conditions, such as time, resources and quality, and defines a goal that is to be achieved.

Characteristics of a project:

Time limitation
Uniqueness
Defined target
Client

A project can be commissioned by internal or external clients. Usually these projects are then processed by teams. These teams usually consist of employees from different departments and a team leader.
