What is projectfacts?
projectfacts is individually configurable business software from 5 POINT AG in Darmstadt, Germany (since 1999). It brings project management, time recording, CRM, invoicing, a ticket system and HR together in a single system. Unlike pre-configured standard solutions, projectfacts maps your established processes, improves them and automates whatever recurs, instead of forcing your workflows into a fixed scheme. Development and hosting are GDPR-compliant and take place in Germany.
What sets projectfacts apart from standard software?
projectfacts adapts to your company, not the other way round. Fields, workflows, screens, reports and automations are tailored to your individual case. Through an open API, projectfacts fits into your existing system landscape instead of replacing it. On top of that comes consulting from a single source: we analyse your processes before we map them.

projectfacts is aimed at service providers with established, differentiated processes that should carry on exactly as they are and get better: from agencies and IT service providers through management consultancies to engineering offices. Can projectfacts be connected to existing systems?
Yes. projectfacts offers an extensive open API for embedding the software into an existing system landscape and connecting third-party systems. That way projectfacts remains part of your connected ecosystem instead of being a closed block.
Is my data hosted in Germany in line with the GDPR?
Yes. 5 POINT AG develops and operates projectfacts in Germany, and hosting is GDPR-compliant in German data centres. Alternatively, you can run projectfacts on your own servers.
What does projectfacts cost?
projectfacts costs 29 € per user and month (net). All modules are included, and there are no editions with feature restrictions. Hosting is added on top from 10 € a month, or you can run projectfacts on your own servers. You will find all terms, including the support and hosting tiers, on the prices page. We are happy to show you projectfacts beforehand, with no obligation, in a personal initial consultation and look at your processes together.
