Stakeholder analysis
Stakeholder analysis
The term stakeholder analysis is used to identify interest groups and their influence on certain decisions. The aim here is to identify this relevant reference group and to draw up a targeted communication plan.
In projects it is important to identify these people, with a wide range of influences, values, ideas and qualifications, and to find out how they can ultimately influence the project.
Based on the analysis, project managers can now determine who acts why and how and how to change or neutralise negatively attuned persons (groups). The aim is not to please everyone, but to be aware of their interests, influences and values.
Based on the analysis, communication planning is then developed.
