Time

Time is a physical quantity that describes the sequence of events. In project management, it is the third important factor in the Magic Triangle, alongside cost and performance. It can be defined in different ways:

Duration of a project, i.e. project start to end
Duration of an operation or work package
Times and dates for important events (e.g. milestones, delivery date)

If the time cannot be met, this will lead to an imbalance which will affect the cost or performance.
