Workload

The workload defines the use of resources, related to a certain period or project stage. It can be used to determine a value that represents the actual use compared to the maximum possible use.

This key figure, also known as the utilisation rate, is one of the most important in resource management.

High resource utilisation leads to lower productivity costs and usually to higher company profits.
