Effort recording

The effort recording forms the basis for project management and project controlling. All project-relevant expenses are recorded and assigned to the specific project, sub-project or work package. This includes:

Consumables
General overheads
Depreciation for wear and tear (AfA)
Investments made
Various payments to third parties (e.g. fees)
Other fees
Personnel overheads
Personnel expenses / time recording
