The effort recording forms the basis for project management and project controlling. All project-relevant expenses are recorded and assigned to the specific project, sub-project or work package. This includes:
- Consumables
- General overheads
- Depreciation for wear and tear (AfA)
- Investments made
- Various payments to third parties (e.g. fees)
- Other fees
- Personnel overheads
- Personnel expenses / time recording
