Effort recording

The effort recording forms the basis for project management and project controlling. All project-relevant expenses are recorded and assigned to the specific project, sub-project or work package. This includes:

  • Consumables
  • General overheads
  • Depreciation for wear and tear (AfA)
  • Investments made
  • Various payments to third parties (e.g. fees)
  • Other fees
  • Personnel overheads
  • Personnel expenses / time recording
