Definition

In IT, a dashboard is a visual overview of essential information in the company. It is an important controlling instrument and shows you at a glance where everything is in order or where deviations are occurring.

You can usually compile a dashboard individually according to your needs. It should contain the most important key figures, e.g. costs, times, project status, etc.
