In project management, agile boards serve as an overview of all tasks that need to be completed to fulfil the project goal. They are a kind of task board or pin board. The best-known variants in project management are Scrum and Kanban boards.

With the help of boards, you can divide tasks into different categories, such as "to do", "in progress" and "done". This way you always have a direct overview of the current project status.

You can use boards in the classic way with a blackboard and sticky notes or you can try a smart online tool where you can move individual items directly by dragging and dropping and thus change their status.
