The term application management covers all processes that occur around an application and makes your HR department more efficient. It helps the company to save costs and time.

Sequence of the application process

  • The application process starts with the advertisement of a vacancy that needs to be filled.
  • For this purpose, a target group must be defined: What skills and abilities should the new employee have?
  • Then the advertisement is published.
  • Afterwards, incoming applications have to be managed and evaluated.
  • After the selection of suitable applicants, application appointments are organised.
  • Once a suitable candidate has been found, an employment contract can be drawn up.
